The Reid Box Trailer is manufactured to exacting standards and represents Quality and Reliability. They are all manufactured on site in our Albany factory using NZ supplied steel and components.

Reid Box trailers are tough and reliable, but this doesn’t mean excessive weight – just good design. They are geometrically correct for Stable Towing and Reversing and fitted with radial -stabilised springs and correctly speed and load rated commercial tyres

The Reid Box Trailer is built to last. It is a proven trailer used by many satisfied customers. We have several trailers in the 35-40 year age bracket still coming in for regular servicing. Second-hand Reid Trailers are sought after and hold their value very well.

Reid Box Trailer features;

  • Welded and hot-dip galvanised Chassis
  • 1 7/8” or 50mm Coupling
  • Marine sealed hubs. – on all trailers
  • Steel plate mudguards suitable for standing on
  • Non/slip open-toe Mudguard deflector Steps/Tie rails
  • Fitted with Mudflaps
  • Tie hooks around chassis
  • Un-boltable Tailgates (mates can’t lose them)
  • H3 Treated Ply Decking (doesn’t rot like Marine Ply)
  • Lights, wiring & plug to NZ Standards
  • Square Corner Posts to allow fitment of accessories
  • Protected Lights – Light box recessed at rear and no wider than deck for easier manoeuvrability.
